It is amazing that in these unique house buying trends there is such a striking contrast from January to April in 2023 vs 2024 on purchases of waterfront homes in the Sebago Lakes Region .
What are the influencing factors ? Are they second homes or are people moving to the area ? How long are the properties on the market ? Are the closing prices below , at , or above asking price ? Does the industry expect the trend to continue through to the end of 2024 ?
