“My family has been coming from Boston to the
White Mountains for many years. We have enjoyed
what each season brings, so much that in 2013, we
bought a condo in Bartlett.
In April of 2016 we were considering a building lot
in Beechwoods at Intervale. We met with Elizabeth
Scully to discuss the listing. Elizabeth was incredibly
friendly and took time with us to determine what
our needs were and even showed us other listings
that might be be a good fi t. She explained what new
construction would entail, in the end, it did not make
sense for us to make an offer.
The next day Elizabeth called to say that a property,
which met all our needs,had just come up for sale
in the same development. She arranged to get us
inside the home that day. Right away we knew this
was the one! During the next few days she worked
