Understand: For the closings to take place, the target date for
properties to sell is approximately 45 days earlier. The cycle for
closings take that amount of time to get ready, ie: inspection,
application for mortgage, appraisal, Mortgage survey, Underwriter’s
approval, “Clear to Close” and ultimately coordinate closing time and
place. For October & November to have more closings than either April
or July is an important statistic. Buyers ARE looking at property all year
